One of the things that you have to learn about getting investors is that you have to go to them - they won't come to you!

Donald Trump is a great example of this!

You posted that you would like to start a real (estate) investment company - how far have you gotten so far? 

Have you drawn up a proposal / presentation that you can present to potential investors?  Investors are going to want to know what will be in it for them.

There are also a lot of online information that you should be researching as well.  An investor bought a house on my block and he has taken the "for sale" sign down because he can not find a buyer!  Now I'm not saying that this will happen to you but you should learn as much about real estate investing as possible.

I "dabble" in it and I do know that there are ways that investors get properties at lower than market values but I really have this problem with the fact that these investors are getting the properties at the expense of people who have had to give up their homes!
